A wide range of studio equipment and classes are provided to ensure you get the best results from your group training sessions.

All classes (except those highlighted below) are free to members and £8.00 for non members.

These classes are based on core stability with particular emphasis on strengthening the abdominals to support the spine in everyday activity.
Stretch & Mobility
A 30 min Monday morning class focusing on dynamic stretching, mobility and stability and functional movements for all activities on a day to day basis
