What do you do in your own training?
My own training usually consists of getting out in the fresh air 2 to 3 times per week and going for a run to blow away the cobwebs!! I also enjoy putting members and clients through their paces in my spinning classes — come and give them a go!
What are your areas of expertise?
I specialise in weight loss, fitness development, GP Referral clients, Boxercise techniques and High Intensity Interval fat burning workouts using a wide variety of different exercises and equipment helping the individual to achieve their specific goals.
