Fitness Instructor/ Personal Trainer
Why did you become a Personal Trainer?
I was playing for a Football Academy called IAFE ( International Academy of Football & Education) at the time so I got my PT course free through them. Having a passion for Football, Health and Fitness it made sense to take the opportunity. I love what I do so it doesn’t feel like ‘I’m going to work’, the hours are very flexible and most of all I enjoy helping clients reach their goals and improve their lifestyle.
What do you do in your own training?
I have played Football at a semi-pro level for the past 4 years so all my training is aimed at improving my performance on the pitch and get me to a higher level. I do a lot of balance, core and single leg work but also include exercises that help with posture improvement.
Favourite cheat meal?
Five guys cheese burger and a dirty calorific milkshake.
