Why did you become a Personal Trainer?

I began training from an early age due to being overweight. I enjoyed seeing the results I was making and have been passionate about training and nutrition ever since. Now after 9 years of training myself and living a healthy lifestyle, I want to pass what I have learnt over to others. I have had great results and transformations with clients. I always educate and push my clients as much as possible through every step of their journey.


What do you do in your own training?

My own training tends to vary depending on my current goa. In the past I have done a lot of hypertrophy work to maximise muscle growth and improve strength throughout a variety of rep ranges. Currently I base my training in the gym around boxing. My workouts tend to consist of compound movements where I will try to progress weight listed throughout the course of an 8 week program accompanied with plyometric exercises focusing on power and endurance.

What are your areas of expertise?

I specialise in Hypertrophy training and changing body composition. I also have a vast amount of knowledge and experience in boxing coaching and conditioning.
